The work "a sip of water between each word might change the view" was influenced by a method of agricultural watering, known as a gravity feed irrigation system.
This methodology has been adapted and altered, here it's been configured to sustain the developing growth of algae amongst a  found object (sponge).
The irrigation system releases one drop of water approximately every 5 minutes and was functionally active throughout the entire duration of the exhibition, nourishing its growth.

The work came to fruition inspired by an awareness of a problematic world view pointed out by Fritjof Capra.

That being, the human tendency to view the natural world we live in as a machine at our disposal rather than a systematic world view in which the interrelated systems function in a harmonious relationship–influenced by each and the other.
